Think Outside The Box
Project Description: For this project we started with a magazine square, Then we were supposed to color match, add details from magazine square to add to my drawing. I tried to mimic textures from the magazine square in the drawing. I think I did a good job matching the colors. I like the size I made the shape. If I did the project again, I might explore using more colors to help with color match, and make it stand out more.
Dream Home
I learned how to draw a house in perspective. I used 1 point perspective. To create 1 point perspective I started with drawing a box, then I took the corners back to the vanishing point, the third step was to add parallel lines, the final step was to erase the extra lines. I liked how I added color to my house, I thought using perspective was hard, but I did a good job.
Animals
For this project we learned: How to work with clay and paint
Some vocab we used: Slipping and Scoring of the clay to attach pieces.
How I felt about this project: I liked to make, the tail of my alebrije.

For my project I made a color pencil drawing of animals playing in a park. They are playing with a red ball of yarn. I think I did a nice job. Making the heads was the hardest part. I think I could make the head rounder next time.
